Just one name that litters the entire memo — and jumped off the screen at me: Elder Richard B. Wirthlin.
The name Wirthlin should sound familiar to you (try to hold down the rise of bile as you watch):
So, any relation to Richard B. Wirthlin, a.k.a. Richard Bitner (”Dick”) Wirthlin?
